If the order has not shipped, email us with your order number and the new address and we will update it. Once a tracking number exists we cannot redirect a parcel in transit, but you can refuse delivery and it will come back to us.

Yes. UK delivery is £5.95 and free over £80, the EU is £14.95 and the rest of the world £24.95. Import duties for orders outside the UK are the customer’s responsibility.

No. Hand-rinse with warm water only and air-dry on a wooden trivet. Prolonged water contact and detergent will dull the enamel and can cause rust on the bare iron exterior.

No. All our teapots are enamel-lined on the inside, so they need no seasoning before first use. The outside benefits from a thin camellia oil rub twice a year.

No — the enamel can crack. Use a kettle for boiling water and pour into the teapot. CasaMonami teapots are for brewing, not heating.

A CasaMonami teapot weighs between 1.6 and 3.0 kg empty, depending on capacity. The weight is the point — that thermal mass keeps tea at a stable temperature.
