1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the CasaMonami website (casamonami.com) and any purchases made through it. CasaMonami is a trading name of CasaMonami Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at 20%. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but never retroactively for an order you have already placed.

3. Acceptance of orders

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. We accept your order when your payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & risk

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided. Title passes when we receive full payment.

5. Right to cancel

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. See our returns policy for details.
