The 600ml Olive Green teapot is hand-finished in our partner foundry in Iwate prefecture, then enamel-coated in a soft, sage-like green that pairs with both light and dark interiors. Solid cast iron keeps the brew at a stable temperature for a full minute longer than ceramic, which lets lighter oolongs and green teas unfurl without bitterness.
Each pot is sand-cast from a single mould, finished by hand, then tested for water-tightness over three fill-and-pour cycles before it ships from our London warehouse.
